This one day workshop is for pregnant ladies, prospective mums, professional birth attendants and health practitioners seeking to better understand this process from a wholistic and positive viewpoint.
Whether you are an advocate of hospital birth or home birth, gain insights profound insights into a woman’s emotional and spiritual journey through pregnancy and birthing, including:
• Pre-Conception - emotional and practical preparation
• Conscious conception
• Common issues during pregnancy
• Labour, birthing and bonding
• The first three months of motherhood
• Breastfeeding.
This one day workshop explores each phase of the journey in detail and is a good addition to ante-natal classes and pregnancy yoga.
Mums, midwives and doulas will all find this information very useful, practical and easy to apply, as will chiropractors, naturopaths and doctors who work with pregnant women.
You will learn how to choose & use the right Bush Essences to help gain and maintain emotional wellbeing during this unique and special time. No prior experience with flower essences is needed.
