Homeopathy was developed in the 1800s and works on the the principle of ‘Like cures Like” i.e. a substance that, if given in large doses will induce illness, will instead cure it if given in very tiny doses. Homeopathic remedies are vibrational, working on the energetic bodies, and by balancing these, allow the physical body to follow.

Homeopathics are very diluted substances, so much so that if tested in a laboratory, nothing will be measured other than the carrier substance. Opposite to western medicine and herbs, the more physically dilute a homeopathic remedy, the stronger it is.

Unlike flower essences, homeopathics are not self adjusting. The remedies I recommend are in the lower strengths for this reason. Avoid self prescribing higher potencies – leave this to a professionally qualified homeopath.
