   I’m an astrologer and a reflexologist and I am really keen to learn more about using the ABFE in my practice. Can you please tell me when you might be likely to run workshops in the new year around this area? Either Sydney or even northern NSW or Gold Coast.

   Ooh big question. You are best to have an individual consultation as it is different for everyone. My email address is on my contacts page if you live nearby me, otherwise find a herbalist, naturopath or acupucturist local to you. The Women Blend by Australian Bush Flower Essences is always a good all rounder in the meantime. And Maca Powder is excellent also – good choice of food as medicine.
